PAYMENT METHODS

With money. And whichever method you choose, you pay securely anyway.

  • Postpay:

    When you place an order, the amount is reserved on your credit card. The actual debit is only made after delivery. That way you pay afterwards.

    You cannot pay with Klarna or Afterpay at Exciter Shop.

  • iDEAL: via the trusted online payment environment of your bank
  • Bancontact: via the trusted online payment environment of your bank
  • Belfius: via your bank's trusted online payment environment
  • Paypal: via the trusted online payment environment of Paypal
  • Credit card: the amount is reserved and only debited after your item has been delivered

INVOICE

This way you can easily consult an invoice and print it as often as you want.

To protect your data, an invoice cannot be adjusted once the order has been placed.

Has your order not yet been shipped? Then you can cancel it and place it again with a new billing address.

If your products have arrived and you still want to adjust your invoice, you can email us: sales@sabunchiholding.com

You can request the invoice with VAT amount by email via: sales@sabunchiholding.com

REFUND

We will process your return within 14 days. As soon as this has been dealt with, you will receive an email from us with a confirmation.

1. Upon approval , the amount will be refunded to the account with which the payment was made.
When will the amount be refunded to my account? 

Ideal: 1-2 working days after your return has been processed

Bancontact: 2-3 working days after your return has been processed

Credit card: 2-3 business days after your return has been processed

Paypal: Immediately after your return has been processed

2. If your return is not approved because it does not meet the return conditions in our general terms and conditions, we will email you about this.

In the event of a cancellation, your refund will be processed within 4-8 business days. How soon the money will be in your account after that depends on your payment method:

  • Ideal : 1-2 business days after the cancellation has been processed (total 5 – 10 business days)
  • Bancontact : 2-3 working days after the cancellation has been processed (total 6 – 11 working days)
  • Credit card : 2-3 business days after the cancellation has been processed (total 6 – 11 business days)
  • Paypal: Immediately after the cancellation has been processed (total 4-8 business days)

We will automatically refund overpaid amounts. The amount will be returned to your account within 5 working days.

Paid by accident? No worries. We will automatically refund a payment if we are unable to link it to an order. The amount will be returned to your account within 2 weeks.

Your order may have failed for several reasons. How quickly the money is in your account depends on the reason for your failed order and your payment method:

  • Bancontact : 2-3 working days 
  • Credit card: 2-3 business days 
  • Paypal: Direct 

When you open the invoice for your order, you will also find the credit invoice there.
