How can I pay?
With money. And whichever method you choose, you pay securely anyway.
- Postpay:
When you place an order, the amount is reserved on your credit card. The actual debit is only made after delivery. That way you pay afterwards.

- iDEAL: via the trusted online payment environment of your bank
- Bancontact: via the trusted online payment environment of your bank

Where can I find my invoice?
This way you can easily consult an invoice and print it as often as you want.
Can I adjust the invoice?
To protect your data, an invoice cannot be adjusted once the order has been placed.

REFUND
How quickly will I be refunded after returning?
We will process your return within 14 days. As soon as this has been dealt with, you will receive an email from us with a confirmation.

When will the amount be refunded to my account?
Ideal: 1-2 working days after your return has been processed
Bancontact: 2-3 working days after your return has been processed

We will automatically refund overpaid amounts. The amount will be returned to your account within 5 working days.
Paid by accident? No worries. We will automatically refund a payment if we are unable to link it to an order. The amount will be returned to your account within 2 weeks.

Your order may have failed for several reasons. How quickly the money is in your account depends on the reason for your failed order and your payment method:

RETURNS
Can I return my items?
The return conditions can be found below. What it comes down to is that you can think about your purchase calmly. If your item is not a good match, you can return it to us within the trial period. You can do this by registering your return via the following link: https://www.retourneren.nl/excitershop
Return conditions
There is always a return period of at least 30 days for items from exciter.shop. The return period starts on the day you receive the item.
You have the legal right to register a product for return within 30 days of receipt. After this notification you have another 5 days to actually return the product. As soon as we have received the product in return, we will process your return within 14 days and if this return meets our return conditions, the full purchase amount will be refunded to the account with which it was paid. Returns are only possible via the return portal . With this you can return.
The item is in the original packaging with all contents and without damage to the packaging. In short, the item must be returned in a salable manner. (This is not the case if it is a defective item).
- Items you cannot return:
- Gift vouchers and cards
- Software subscriptions/products
- Products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken. These are, for example, wireless earplugs, combs, hair curlers, toothbrush etc.
- Audio, video recordings and computer software whose seal has been broken

How do I return my items?
As easy as possible. That is why every return shipment starts via our return portal: :

What is the return address?
Search, and you will find! No, just kidding. You will automatically receive the correct return address for your item during your return notification. We have several addresses and this way you always automatically get the right address. That way you never have to search.
Where can I return my items?
You can do this at a DPD parcel point.
You will of course receive instructions with your return seal.
You do not have to take away large or heavy items. We will come and collect it from your home.
Can I still cancel my return?
Of course, you can always change your mind. Have you made a pick-up appointment? Please let our customer service know . Then we make sure that the courier does not come by.
In all other cases you don't have to do anything. Besides paying for your order if you haven't already…
How do I know if you have received my return?
It's very simple: we'll let you know. We will email you as soon as your return has been received.
How quickly is a return processed?
Usually this is within 14 days after you have sent it. We will keep you informed by email.
How quickly will I be refunded after returning?
As soon as we accept your return and if it meets the return conditions, you will be refunded immediately after processing. Most returns are processed within 14 days of being returned. How soon the money will be in your account after that depends on your payment method:

If we do not accept your return, your package will be returned to you neatly via a new track & trace. This happens within 5 working days after your return has been refused.
EXCHANGE
When can I exchange my items?
If you have received a different item than the one you ordered. In all other cases, exchanging exciter.shop items is not possible. Of course you can return your order within the trial period. To replace exciter.shop items, please contact our customer service.
CANCEL
Can I cancel an order?
Yes of course. You can cancel as long as your item has not yet been shipped. Give us a heads up via email or chat and we'll make sure your order is cancelled.

Why has my order been cancelled?
Sometimes we cannot deliver and we have to cancel an order. We never do that without emailing you more information. The most common reasons are:
- the stock has run out
- the address details are unclear or incorrect
- our seller could not confirm your order
You will not automatically receive a new item, but we will ensure that you are refunded quickly. If you haven't paid yet, you don't have to.

When do I receive my order ?
We, and our deliverers, do everything we can to meet the indicative delivery time. In the unlikely event that this does not work, we will inform you. Keep an eye on your Track&Trace for the most up-to-date information.
Didn't receive (everything)?
We cannot always ship all items from one order at the same time.
How quickly will I receive an order?
Nothing is more important than the delivery time. That is why you can see before you order something when we deliver the item. You can find this for each product on the product page.
Do you have a delivery address outside the Netherlands or Belgium?

We've made it really simple. There are no shipping costs and this is completely free.
You have the choice of home delivery or to pick up your product at a pick-up point in your area.
Was my order successful, because I have not received a confirmation?
Is your order in your account?
Then it worked.
If you ordered more than 45 minutes ago and you have not received a confirmation and there is nothing in your account, please contact customer service. And don't worry: if money has been debited, we will automatically refund you.
Can I still change the order I have already placed?
No, to protect your data, an order can no longer be modified. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it.
What can I do if I accidentally ordered an item multiple times?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel and then order the correct one. If your order has been shipped, you can return it or refuse it at the door.
How do I order something at exciter.shop
In 3 easy steps:
- Place an item in your shopping cart and go to order.
- Check and arrange your order. Think of the address, delivery date and packing service.
- Round off by paying. This is possible with iDEAL, credit card or our other payment methods.
Delivery and pick up
Is an order delivered for free?
The short answer is yes
The longer answer:
There are additional shipping costs for shipments outside the Netherlands and Belgium. For the correct shipping costs, choose the desired country of delivery in your shopping cart. The shipping costs are then immediately visible.
Outside the EU, import or customs duties may be charged. You can discover more through local customs.
Pick up at a collection point
Many of our items can be delivered to a DPD or DHL point. So you don't have to stay home for a package.
Practical
Have your package delivered to a collection point. Can you only choose a postal address? Due to the available space, we cannot deliver large items to collection points.
Collection with proof of identity
We will email you as soon as your order is ready. You don't have to stop by right away, because your package will be stored for 7 days at a DPD or DHL point. Bring proof of identity with you, so we can see who we entrust your package to. Uncollected packages will then be returned.
Have someone else pick up
Someone else can pick up your order. We note the details of his or her proof of identity for security.
Who will deliver my order?
We work together with DHL and DPD
What if my order does not fit through the letterbox?
Then the delivery person rings the bell to hand over the package.
Can I choose on which day my order will be delivered?
Unfortunately not, but sometimes a delivery service can offer this. For example, if you are on time you can change the delivery time with DPD or DHL. They have their own system for that.
Will an order be delivered in one go?
If possible. Because by sending an order in 1x, we reduce our ecological impact.
If not every item in your order can be delivered as quickly, you can opt for separate shipping for free. We will then ship each item separately as soon as it is available.
Can I have an order delivered to a PO box address?
Yes, all items except large household items, items from other sellers and items heavier than 12 kilos. Do you order a lot? Or a large and heavy item? Then it is best to provide a postal address.
What is a tracking code?
We mark an order with a Track & Trace code. Super handy, because you can see when the delivery person comes by. It is also your proof of shipment. If something goes wrong, we can see what the problem is with the Track & Trace code.
